What we publish, what we never publish, and how to have it removed.
This page is the single place to check our data handling, subprocessors, individual rights, and the state of your suppression list. Policies remain authoritative in the linked documents; this is the operational summary.
Public business identity
- Business identity on directory pages: name, job title, employer, industry, and location.
- Aggregated company, industry, market, and role coverage.
Never public
- Email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, or any contact value.
- Private fields, notes, saved lists, campaigns, or mailbox content.
- Anything a person has asked us to remove.

Request a copy of the business record we hold, or ask us to correct it.

Remove a public business profile. A minimal suppression record is kept so it cannot be relisted.
Remove a profileSuppression sync
Read, add, and remove do-not-contact entries over the API so your suppression list and ours stay aligned.
Suppression APIRemoval requests are recorded as suppressions, applied to the public profile immediately, and excluded from the sitemap on the next refresh. We may verify the request and keep a minimal record so the profile cannot be relisted by a later import.
Suppression sync
Sync your do-not-contact list with the API so a suppression in your CRM stops outreach here, and a complaint here reaches your system.

Suppressed recipients are excluded from every send path, including scheduled follow-ups, and the suppression is checked again immediately before delivery.
