Acceptable Use Policy

You may use licensed records for lawful B2B prospecting, account research, recruiting, partnerships, sales operations, market analysis, and internal planning. You must use accurate identity and sender information, apply appropriate notices and lawful bases, maintain suppression lists, and honor opt-out requests.

Do not use the service for harassment, stalking, discrimination, illegal surveillance, political persuasion targeting, phishing, scams, malware, credential testing, doxxing, identity theft, consumer lending or insurance eligibility, employment decisions based on protected traits, or other high-impact decisions about individuals. Do not attempt to obtain or infer sensitive personal data.

Do not send bulk or automated email through the one-to-one sender controls, conceal the sender, use deceptive subjects or claims, contact suppressed recipients, or bypass provider or legal limits. Each message must be reviewed and approved for one recipient. Customers are responsible for unsubscribe processing, bounce suppression, complaint handling, and sender reputation.

Keep requests within published integer bounds, plan credits, scopes, and rate limits. Do not scrape the UI, share keys between unrelated organizations, rotate credentials to evade controls, probe private networks, register endpoints you do not control, or place secrets or unnecessary personal information in webhook URLs and payloads.

We may rate-limit, pause integrations, preserve relevant evidence, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Report suspected abuse to waconzy@live.com.
