Email waconzy@live.com from the address associated with your workspace. Include the workspace name, request category, and enough detail to investigate. Never send a password, API key, webhook secret, SMTP credential, or full lead export.
Support and billing
Standard account, product, billing, cancellation, and refund requests are acknowledged within two business days. Include the account email and, for billing, the provider, charge date, amount, and checkout reference if available.
Privacy and business-record requests
For access, correction, objection, or removal, include the relevant business email, profile URL, company domain, requested action, and jurisdiction. We may request reasonable identity verification and may retain a minimal suppression record to honor removal.
Security reports
Reports of an active vulnerability or account compromise are acknowledged within 24 hours. Include reproduction steps and affected URLs without accessing or retaining customer data. Confirmed personal-data incidents follow the notification timeline in the Data Processing Addendum.
