Directory retired

Search by category instead.

This workspace runs on prepared category files. The old public directory was a crawler-facing view of a cross-catalogue index that we no longer operate, so it is retired rather than left half-working.

Nothing has been lost: every category is searchable in the workspace and downloadable in full from the category page.
